Members of the IIMS
The Institute is headed by a President and supported by a Vice-President, both elected by the full Members of the Institute. The President and Vice President are Directors of the Limited Company.
An elected Management Board decides on policy and direction on behalf of the Members.
The Institute has a series of Working Groups and Committees as agreed by the Management Board
