DESCRIPTION:There is no London Conference planned for 2018\, but IIMS is bo
 und by its Constitution to hold an Annual General Meeting for its members.
  For the convenience of those wishing to fly into the UK\, it has been dec
 ided to hold the AGM at a hotel adjacent to Heathrow Airport.\n\nThe date 
 is 26 June 2018 and the meeting will be held from 13.00 to 15.00. Tea and 
 coffee only will be available on arrival. There is no requirement to pre-r
 egister for the Annual General Meeting if you plan to attend in person and
  there is no cost. The agenda\, procedure for postal and proxy votes and v
 arious Directors' reports will be made available to members to view and re
 ad one month prior to the meeting.\n\nThe details of the venue are: Hilton
  Garden Inn London Heathrow Airport\, Eastern Perimeter Road\, Longford\, 
 Hounslow\, Middlesex TW6 2SQ\, UK\n\nMembers are welcome to attend in pers
 on\, but for the first time\, the Annual General Meeting will also be broa
