DESCRIPTION:John Noble spent about 40 years in the marine surveying busines
 s\, from running his own business (Murray Fenton and Associates Limited)\,
  based in London\, to 5 years as head of The Salvage Association following
  its acquisition by BMT.\n\nJohn attended over 60 major casualties (BRAER\
 , SEA EMPRESS\, ERIKA\, for example).  Involvement in these casualties of
 ten lead to dealing with matters of causation and gathering evidence.  In
  addition\, John acted as an expert witness on about 70 cases in a number 
 of jurisdictions. (UK\, USA\, Canada\, Sudan\, UAE and Sweden to list a fe
 w.)\n\nJohn was the technical editor in three appropriate publications:\n\
 nCasualty Management Guidelines  (2012)\n\nGuidelines for Collecting Mari
 time Evidence Volume 1  (2016)\n\nGuidelines for Collecting Maritime Evid
 ence Volume 2  (2019)\n\nThere is a wealth of background that will be ava
 ilable to contribute to the webinar and deal with questions arising.\n\nJo
 hn retains an active interest in the topic and is assisting the legal repr
