  waterways craft\, Graham Watts will talk about the activities of the Boat

 ws – lessons learnt and how to avoid them by Paul Winter\, Winter &amp\;
  Co Ltd\n\n15.00 How to spot imperfections in coatings and the equipment t
 o do it with\, a practical session by Tim Jennings\, Akzo Nobel\nTim is on
 e of over one hundred who have qualified through the Registered Marine Coa
 tings Inspectors course run by IIMS and now cited in the soon to be launch
 ed ISO as a recognised standard. He will introduce delegates to the equipm
 ent and then let them use it on a number of flawed test plates\n\n16.45 Cl
 ose\n\nThis training event will also be broadcast by video conferencing fo
 r distant delegates\, or those unable to travel to Portsmouth.\n\nThe cost
