 f interest to all surveyors from anywhere in the world\, Karen will look a
 t exactly what the surveyor’s duty of care is. She will apply some cauti
 onary tales\, largely based on historic case law by way of evidence. Karen
  will also expand upon and give practical guidelines to among other things
 :\n- never give opinion as a favour – don’t do favours\n- stay profess
 ional at all times\n- where applicable use necessary caveats\n\nWho should
