 orces\, and the cost of complaints and litigation. The YCTI course is a su
 bset of the successful Registered Marine Coatings Inspector (RMCI) course
  and qualification\, and the programme tackles those issues head-on.\nThis

 s\n 	Project managers in new build and refit yards\n 	Applicator managers\
 n 	Paint company representatives\n 	General and technical expert coatings 
 and marine surveyors\n 	Flag state inspectors\n 	Marine underwriters and i
