There are three matters for members to vote on this year.
1. Voting for the next IIMS Deputy Vice President
2. Voting for the re-election of the management board en-bloc
3. Voting on other Institute business – membership fees for 2027

Those who are entitled to vote are Full, Fellow, and Honorary members only. But anyone may, and is encouraged to, attend the AGM as an online attendee.

Voting using the online form must be completed the day before the AGM. So votes submitted after 16.00 on 1 June 2026 will not be accepted or counted.

Please use the online form to inform IIMS if you plan to join online, or of you wish to send your apologies. The form also allows you to register your votes.
